Remarks:
This whiskey is extremely complex.
If you let it breathe for a long time, it develops a profile that is reminiscent of an old Cognac, Armagnac or brandy. I like it very much

Overall I rate this Whisky:

  • Nose:
lots of dark and dried fruits, raisins, red berries, furniture polish, old slightly spicy oak, leather, dusty bookshelf, red grapes, vanilla, caramel, chocolate

  • Taste:
The aromas from the nose are reflected here. This malt also appears very creamy and oily. Very great mouthfeel.

  • Finish:
intense fruity oak notes. The other aromas from the nose and palate also appear here again. The finish reminds me of an old cognac, Armagnac or brandy
