Remarks:
I really like this Bunna on the palate and in the finish.
I find it very reserved on the nose.

Overall I rate this Whisky:

  • Nose:
Oak, green apple, some malt, slightly salty, a bit maritime, a few herbs. In the background there are a few nuts, vanilla and caramel

  • Taste:
spicy oak notes, herbs, green apple, light fruits, light maritime notes, some malt, some leather. Very salivating.

  • Finish:
Herbs, spicy oak, bright fruits. Slightly malty with maritime notes. Later leather and a bit bitterly dry.
    Long lasting.

Remarks:
delicious Bruichladdich that definitely needs some water to open up.

Overall I rate this Whisky:

  • Nose:
very fruity, fruit acid, ginger, grapes, pepper, slightly alcoholic pungent.
With a little water the alcohol decreases and the fruity notes become more intense. The distillery character also comes through now as well as some vanilla and caramel. After about 20 minutes in the glass, a strong sulfur note appears.

  • Taste:
lots of fruit, some fruit sour, slightly creamy, grapes, some ginger and pepper, oily.
With a little water, a slight sweetness comes through and the other aromas, especially the fruity ones, appear more intense. Slight sulfur note after about 20 minutes in the glass.

  • Finish:
Strongly fruity at the beginning with fruit acid. Slightly oily. Becomes a little bitter later.
Adding water doesn’t change much here. Only the sulfur comes into play here as well.

Remarks:
Nice whisky with pleasant aromas. Don’t do anything wrong

Overall I rate this Whisky:

  • Nose:
Peat, citrus fruits, red fruits, some vanilla, some malt, slightly sweet, later comes some oak and a little leather. Some honey shows up

  • Taste:
Fruity, smoky combined with sweet notes of vanilla and malt. Honey and caramel. Creamy. Becomes oily after a while. The oak and leather also show up again at the end.

  • Finish:
The intensity is quite short in my opinion. Sweet smoke with vanilla and caramel. A couple of fruits.

  • Finish:
intense sweet oak notes. The fruits show up here again. The honey and the oily are also distinctive.
