Remarks:
Great Glenfarclas. Very complex on the nose and palate.

Overall I rate this Whisky:

  • Nose:
Nice sherry notes, fruity, berries, dried fruit, oak, a little alcoholic which then changes into something spicy. A light Sulphur note is evident. Honey, leather. The longer you smell, the more there is to discover.

  • Taste:
very voluminous, dried fruits, sherry, nuts, vanilla, caramel, leather, old oak, light Sulphur, furniture polish, very complex. Above all, very fruity.

  • Finish:
Intense sherry notes with spicy oak. Very long and warming.
