Remarks:
Very harmonious malt, find it very soft and round. It has no corners and edges, which can sometimes seem a bit boring. Still, I like it very much.

• Nose: 45/100 points
  sweet wood aromas, caramel and vanilla which quickly evaporate, some old wooden furniture, pipe tobacco. I can’t find any sherry aromas, but very soft, traces of oranges, dried grass or hay
  
  
• Taste: 50/100 points
  here comes the sherry, spicy old oak, citrus fruits, light spiciness or smoke, honey, nougat notes, becoming oily, becoming somewhat bitter
  
  
• Finish: 25/100 points
  nice sweet sherry finish, followed by notes of chocolate and nougat, becoming slightly bitter with dark chocolate, soft wood notes,
