Remarks:
one of the best whiskys I’ve tried so far.
For me personally, everything is right here.
Wonderfully complex and voluminous.
Overall I rate this Whisky 97/100 points
- Nose: 97/100 points
Lots of dark fruits, chocolate, old oak furniture, furniture polish, raisins, some plums, soft, the alcohol is excellently integrated. Very voluminous and complex. Sweetish - Taste: 97/100 points
very intense fruity sherry aromas, raisins, orange peel, old spicy oak, dried fruits, oak furniture, furniture polish, somewhat creamy. Here too, the alcohol is perfectly integrated. Later it becomes a little oily and a very slight bitter note emerges. - Finish: 96/100 points
wonderful aromatic finish.
Here it is a little bitterer than on the palate but not unpleasant.
