Highland Park Full Volume

Remarks:
This malt has a beautiful nose. I like it very much. A very special highland park. I just think that the nose is the best thing about the malt. It breaks down somewhat over the palate to the finish. And it takes time in the glass

• Nose: 89/100 points
  lots of citrus fruits, lemon and orange, sweet, not vanilla, grass and hay, light maritime notes and very light smoke in the background. Later comes some caramel and nuts as well as some seasoning
  
  
• Taste: 87/100 points
  sweet, fruity, creamy start, vanilla, honey, again the citrus fruits and spice, later some pepper, malt and nuts in the background, becoming oily
  
  
• Finish: 85/100 points
  nice spicy fresh finish, herbs, grass, citrus fruits, sweet with vanilla and honey, later becoming nutty and malty. Slightly bitter at the end
