Remarks:
quite special to put it this way. Drinkable yes, especially to get drunk. It is ideal for making Irish coffee.
Overall I rate this Whisky 73/100 points
- Nose: 70/100 points
first impression was cough syrup, followed by a burning alcoholic spiciness (could that be the rum?), slightly fruity with raisins and vanilla, light sweetness but also a bitterness. The alcohol flavors definitely outweigh.
- Taste: 75/100 points
Fruity sweet, fruit gum and caramel candies, becoming hot, then oily, slightly spicy and somewhat nutty
- Finish: 75/100 points
Caramel, vanilla, sweet, slightly fruity, some raisins, slightly nutty, oak flavors come very easily.
