The scent of rye bread rolls rises first in the nose, a lot of rye and spices emerge as well as a hint of sweetness with vanilla and caramel which cannot prevail. Then oak appears which overlays the sweetness. Slightly fruity in the end. - Taste: 85/100 points
here the sweetness comes through more with vanilla and caramel, but quickly changes to spicy notes, strong oak. A little later, rye appears easily and not intrusive, it becomes a little oily much later and at the end it contains a hint of clove aromas. - Finish: 82/100 points
medium length with rye, somewhat fruity, slightly sweet with oak, slightly bitter with grass aromas
