Remarks:
This malt is wonderfully tasty and complex. Nice intense sherry aromas, the barrel influence is noticeable but not intrusive. A really tasty bottling.

• Nose: 89/100 points
  nice, intense but soft wood aromas, raisins, dried fruits, plums, dark but also light fruits, a hint of banana and red berries. Something sweet with chocolate in the background
  
  
• Taste: 89/100 points
  Sherry and oak dominate at first, quite spicy and yet a lot of dried fruits, raisins and plums, slightly spiciness, with the second sip a real fruit basket unfolds. Delicious.
  
  
• Finish: 89/100 points
  Wonderful finish, slightly sweet with chocolate fading into intense dried fruits, raisins, plums, soft but also slightly spicy wood notes, a bit bitter and dry, slightly nutty and malty
