Remarks:
This too is rather reserved on the nose, but it is very pleasant on the palate and in the finish. In terms of profile, it is more on the fruity side.

It degrades extremely with water and appears very one-dimensional. Definitely better without water.

• Nose: 86/100 points
  very closed, slightly fruity oak, dried fruits, raisins, slightly sweet, some chocolate in the background, I also get a slight note of cinnamon. With a few drops of water it opens and the sherry notes become more intense. The cinnamon note disappears.
  With a few drops of water it looks even more closed and softer. The aromas have almost completely disappeared and only oak, citrus fruits and nuts remain
  
  
• Taste: 86/100 points
  fruity at first, lots of plums and apricots, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, later becoming a bit bitter, citrus fruits come out lightly and some nuts
  With a few drops of water it will come out very sweet, caramel and chocolate that goes fruity and spicy
  
  
• Finish: 86/100 points
  sweet fruity finish, notes of sherry come into their own here, but it quickly becomes drier and more bitter.
  With a little water, the aroma profile becomes lower and it becomes sweeter.
