quite a good 12 year old, although it unfolds better in the nose and in the finish than on the palate

• Nose: 84/100 points
  soft start, then – I think – slightly dirty sherry notes. The dirty disappears pretty quickly and the sherry flavors show up more intensely with dried fruits, dark berries, raisins. Slightly sweet and a little nutty
  
  
• Taste: 83/100 points
  sweet. Somewhat malty, nutty, then come wood aromas followed by the sherry aromas. Towards the end a bit tart and some dried fruits.
  
  
• Finish: 84/100 points
  nice sherry aromas, slightly spicy, oak, medium length
