Remarks:
really great malt. The nose and the finish are incredibly complex. On the palate a bit more on the sour side, which offers a nice contrast and harmonizes wonderfully.

• Nose: 90/100 points
  nice lime aromas, a lot of honey, caramel, sweet, chocolate, floral notes, some malt in the background combined with orange peel, very soft
  
  
• Taste: 90/100 points
  fruity and slightly tart, beeswax, apple, a bit of ginger spiciness, floral notes here too. Later it becomes a bit bitter, but it is not unpleasant, slightly oily
  
  
• Finish: 90/100 points
  Strong, multi-layered finish, there are apple, citrus fruits like orange and lime, floral notes, spice and mint in one fell swoop, later the sweetness comes through and the honey and caramel appear
