• Nose: 86/100 points
  Smoked ham, but not extreme smoke, rather subtle, very slightly light fruits, light floral notes with a few herbs.
  
  
• Taste: 86/100 points
  Creamy at the very beginning and then rapidly becoming sharper. some ash, citrus fruits, pepper, a bit dirty, later becoming a bit tart.
  
  
• Finish: 86/100 points
  Smoked ham coated with ash, pepper, ginger, citrus. The palate seems a bit numb
