Bushmills 12-year-old Aged In Three Woods

Remarks:
it takes a lot of time in the glass. Then the alcoholic in the nose takes a back seat and he shows his softer side. The fruit dominates the nose, while it becomes sweeter towards the finish, easy drinking and I’m glad that it is available in China for less than € 30.

• Nose: 86/100 points
  fruity, somewhat alcoholic, red apple, but also some plums and apricots, slightly spicy in the background, also a little malty, light floral notes combined with a little vanilla, but the fruitiness remains in the foreground

  malty and sweet at first, then vanilla and slightly the fruits come out of the nose, later some nuts and caramel, slightly spicy at the end
  
  
• Finish: 86/100 points
  sweet nutty with vanilla and caramel, a bit malty, the fruits are only subtly perceptible. It is also rather short
