Bushmills 21-year-old Rare

Remarks:
a really great complex malt which you can tell the age. It offers a great variety of flavors from the nose to the finish. I like it very much.

• Nose: 90/100 points
  Oak, slightly spicy, dark fruits, plums, raisins, furniture polish, slightly sweet in the background, nice sherry maturation, later chocolate, some vanilla and caramel, slightly nuts, and in the background a little malt. Very complex nose, after a while a wonderful fruit basket appears.
  
  
• Taste: 90/100 points
  nice fruity sweet start, very soft and round, vanilla, chocolate, plums, raisins, becoming spicy and the oak comes back to the fore and comes to the fore. Here, too, light notes of the furniture polish and it becomes slightly bitter at the end if you leave it in your mouth for a long time
  
  
• Finish: 90/100 points
  wonderful spicy sweet fruity finish with great oak aromas. Then the sweet aromas with vanilla and chocolate come through as well as nuts and in the end a taste of sweet old wood remains in the mouth
