Christmas Malt 1993 WD Art Nouveau

Remarks:
beautiful malt, quite complex and aromatic. In the nose and on the palate it is quite convincing, but it breaks down quite quickly in the finish. At the beginning of the finish it is incredibly strong and aromatic, but turns too quickly into bitter dryness.

• Nose: 91/100 points
  after a longer time in the glass, dark fruits, cherries, raisins, nice mild spicy notes, a bit sweet with vanilla, then becoming more spicy with oak notes, pleasant sherry notes,
  
  
• Taste: 90/100 points
  beautiful strong sherry notes, dark fruits, dried fruits, plums, spicy oak notes, slightly sweet with vanilla and honey.
  
  
• Finish: 86/100 points
  nice aromatic sherry, strong finish. But then it becomes dry and slightly bitter very quickly.
