Remarks:
Very special this malt. Seams to be typical for Whisky from Iceland to be very special in the aroma profile.
This is dominated by the sweet straw and stable notes.
It’s not that bad, but I don’t need a big bottle of it. Very unique flavors.

- Nose: 45/100 points
wet cardboard, straw, some stale but only very lightly, a hint of vanilla and caramel, apple, the smoke is more in the background. Very special - Taste: 50/100 points
slightly sweet with lots of herbs, straw, vanilla, slightly apple. Again, the smoke is hardly noticeable. The stable note is back too. - Finish: 25/100 points
lots of stable and straw this time, sweet fruity, vanilla caramel. The smoky note is strongest here.
