a special combination of flavors. On the palate I had a strong salmon note at the beginning and at the very end of the finish

  some smoke, lots of dried fruits, plums, raisins, slightly spicy, herbs, raspberries, some grapes, light citrus notes, later slightly fermented fruits
  
  
• Taste: 84/100 points
  Salmon, a little sweet, fermented fruit, a little pepper, then there are dried fruits, a little smoky and spicy, later becoming a little bitter
  
  
• Finish: 84/100 points
  sweet, slightly smoky towards the campfire, caramel, then becoming slightly salty towards the end. At the very end, the salmon note again
