Remarks:
very tasty for the age, but I find the alcohol not so well integrated and it is a bit pushy in the nose and on the palate. The finish is the best thing about this malt.
Overall I rate this Whisky 81/100 points
- Nose: 81/100 points
fruity sweet with plum and dried fruit, in the foreground, however, more citrus, mainly orange, somewhat spicy with oak notes, but the alcohol stings in the nose, which is a real shame with the variety of flavors at a young age - Taste: 81/100 points
In the foreground are the spicy to pungent aromas, but here too the plum can be found again. The hot thing could also be the alcohol. A little sweetness comes through, slightly fruity. - Finish: 82/100 points
here first in the foreground nice sherry notes which quickly turn into sweet. Again, the fruity and spicy notes.
