got it as a blind tasting dram from a friend because he wanted my opinion.
Well, I directly could tell from the nose that it is a Jura.
Immediately I had the wet cardboard I usually find in the Jura whisky. But I didn’t find peat which is confusing considering the name Heavily Peated. There was a very little sweet smoke flavor but that was even less than the one in the JW Sweet Peat. Like most distillery bottlings from Jura it couldn’t convince me.
Overall I rate this Whisky 81/100 points
