I like the profile, but the dirty note on the palate confuses me a bit compared to the nose and the finish.

• Nose: 88/100 points
  Ash, smoke, some smoked ham, citrus fruits, pepper, subtly sweet in the background, then more fruit emerges very briefly, but disappears again behind the smoky notes. Some caramel and vanilla. The alcohol is slightly noticeable the whole time.

  dirty ashy, slightly sweet, citrus fruits, some vanilla and caramel, fruity and peppery, spicy, some herbs
  
  
• Finish: 88/100 points
  lots of ash, smoke, powerfully spicy, becoming sweet with a load of citrus fruits
