Flóki 03-year-old Double Wood Reserve

Remarks:
very special malt, on the nose it becomes a little bit impetuous from the palate to the finish. Not very complex, which was to be expected at that age, but more complex than originally thought. It has some potential.
Seams to be typical for Whisky from Iceland to be very special in the aroma profile.

• Nose: 86/100 points
  Immediately after pouring, fresh pine needles come into the glass, followed by lots of herbs, slightly sweet, damp wood, floral notes, some grass, the alcohol stings slightly in the nose, some light fruits
  
  
• Taste: 86/100 points
  slight sweetness paired with notes of herbs and wet grass, and the moist wood, floral notes can also be heard here, slight traces of vanilla, reminiscent of a herb sweet
  
  
• Finish: 86/100 points
  Strong, warming finish with a slight sweetness and again the herbs, a little malty in the background, short to medium length, becoming a bit bitter, the floral note is also present again.
