Remarks:
find this malt quite special. I still like the nose best. All in all, I think something is too sour and bitter
Overall I rate this Whisky 87/100 points
- Nose: 88/100 points
many herbs, spicy with a very slight inconspicuous smoke aroma, although this can be guessed at. However, light fruits and a lot of oak in combination with the many herbs dominate the nose - Taste: 86/100 points
very fruity and sweetly sour in the beginning. Here it looks quite young and fresh at first. Later on, bitter notes appear that suggest an older malt. Slightly creamy. - Finish: 87/100 points
oh, I’ve never had such a flavor in a finish. I don’t even know how to describe it. Very herbal and floral. Again the sour and bitter comes through.
