Remarks:
I really like this HP. The alcohol is very well integrated. Only it becomes a bit too bitter on the palate and in the finish.

• Nose: 89/100 points
  Fruity smoky start, dried fruits embedded in a pleasant, slightly sweet smoke, some citrus fruits in the background, as well as slightly dark chocolate, slightly spicy. The alcohol works very well, it only becomes stronger later.
  
  
• Taste: 89/100 points
  Strong start with smoked ham quickly transitioning into aromas of dried fruits, slightly sweet but still a bit sour, chocolate, pepper, then becoming bitterly dry
  
  
• Finish: 89/100 points
  strong finish, rough with a hint of ash, dark chocolate, bitter and becoming dry, long-lasting, the sherry aromas are more to be found in the background
