Remarks:
Very intense and tasty sherry maturation. Full in volume and wonderful fruit notes. The alcohol is only briefly intrusive in the nose. Otherwise he is very well involved.
Overall I rate this Whisky 89/100 points
- Nose: 89/100 points
spicy, lots of dried fruits and plums, a bit sweet, dark fruits, alcohol slightly pungent on the nose, then chocolate comes through - Taste: 89/100 points
spicy in the beginning, dark fruits, dried and fresh, intense notes of sherry, becoming a bit spicy, slightly sweet with chocolate, strong oak - Finish: 89/100 points
Nutty finish, merging into the dried and fresh dark fruits, long-lasting, later a little sweet with chocolate, merging into dark chocolate, slight traces of malt.
