Fantastic Springbank. A really wonderful bourbon cask maturation. I like it a lot.
Overall I rate this Whisky: 
- Nose:
Campbeltown dirt, vanilla, citrus, caramel, oak, light smoke, lime. Very fruity and dirty, as a Springbank should be. Later on the oak becomes more intense. - Taste:
Here too, the Campbeltown character is evident. Dirty smoke with lots of citrus fruits and limes. Vanilla and caramel, honey, oak, some earth, leather, dusty bookshelves, some furniture polish. Creamy and oily. Old oak - Finish:
wonderful aromatic finish. Strong. Citrus fruits, lime, some dirty smoke, caramel, light vanilla, fruity, some leather and old oak
